We are setting increasingly ambitious goals and are looking for a Creative Producer to join the team.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape the creative vision and execution for our products. You’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and research — building creative strategies that directly influence user growth and revenue.

What you’ll do

Own and execute creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns

Plan, launch, and iterate on creatives aligned with product and growth goals

Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops

Write clear, structured briefs for designers, motion creators, and content teams

Review and approve creatives, providing actionable feedback

Adapt creatives across platforms and audience segments

Analyze performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize based on insights

Research competitors, trends, and new creative formats

Experiment with new tools, including AI, to improve creative output and efficiency

What we’re looking for
​

2+ years of experience in Creative / Performance Marketing / SMM / Digital Marketing roles

Please include a portfolio or examples of your best campaigns/creatives/results. We care more about what you’ve done than how it’s formatted.

Hands-on experience with paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)

Strong analytical thinking — you’re comfortable working with metrics and data

Proven ability to generate and test creative ideas

Experience writing briefs and working with designers

Strong research skills and understanding of trends

English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

Experience in video production or UGC content

Background in mobile/web product marketing

Experience in B2C markets

Copywriting skills
