About the Role

What you'll be doing

Launch and scale paid user acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin, and others)

Manage advertising budgets of $300k+ per month with a focus on ROI and LTV

A/B test creatives, audiences, and strategies to optimize the acquisition funnel

Analyze key metrics (CPI, CR, LTV, ROAS) and build scaling forecasts

Work with analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and others)

Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to achieve business goals

Test new channels and hypotheses to find growth opportunities
About You

5+ years of experience in UA
-
Experience managing budgets of $300k+ per month

Proven track record with mobile traffic (iOS, Android) + Web2App
-
Strong hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (and other social platforms), AppLovin (and similar ad networks)

Experience working with subscription-based app models
